Jeff Nixon
 -General Manager/Head Professional 



Jeff Nixon is the General Manager and Director of Golf at Del Tura Golf and Country Club.  He is a Class A PGA member and serves on the South Florida Section PGA Board.  He has worked at Del Tura for thirteen years.   Along with his career in the golf business, Jeff is currently single, enjoys golf, power lifting, and is a huge Georgia Bulldawgs football fan.  "Del Tura is a great community and it is my honor to work for such good folks," Jeff states about his experience at Del Tura.  


Steve Rauh
-Head Superintendent 

 

Steve Ruah is the Head Superintendent here at Del Tura.  Steve attended Lake City Community College in Lake City, Florida and graduated with honors and an A.S. degree in Golf Course Operations/Sports Turf Management.  Steve is a member of the GCSAA, and a Calusa Golf Course Superintendent Association member.  Steve has been with us here at Del Tura for almost a year now and when he is not working out on the golf course he enjoys fishing, playing golf, and camping.  He lives at home with his wife Erin thier new baby and their dog Gunner.  "I am proud to be a member of the team here at Del Tura Golf and Country Club.  I look forward to working with our staff to make Del Tura the very best it can be," Steve states about his role in the golf community here at Del Tura.


Gary Cahill
1st Assistant Golf Professional 

 

Gary is not only the 1st Assistant Professional at Del Tura Country Club but he has also been a resident of Del Tura since 2004. Gary has graduated from the United States Golf Teachers school and as well is a Level 2 PGA apprentice. He graduated from Level 1 in December of 2009 and has successfully passed the Playing Ability Test for the PGA. Gary enjoys teaching and working with the members on events and welcomes the opportunity to help people with their game.


Jordan Ball- Intern/Apprentice Golf Professional
Jordan has been with us at Del Tura since December of 2009 serving his internship with us from the Florida Gulf Coast University PGM program. He hails from the great state of Ohio and is a young energetic addition to our staff.

Brian Newman

Brian is currently on leave from Del Tura serving his apprenticeship at TPC Sawgrass in Jacksonville, Florida
